I create 1–3 day immersive experiences designed to help companies, teams, groups, and friends connect, grow, and elevate their performance—both on the job and in life. Each workshop is customized to your goals and values, whether it’s a corporate team, a high school or college group, a family reunion, bachelor/bachelorette weekend, or a couples’ or friends retreat.

Together, we’ll dive into breathwork, movement, cold & heat exposure, adventure, nature, healthy food, and community-building experiences. My goal is for everyone to leave feeling energized, empowered, and equipped to take the next step—personally, professionally, and together as a team.

Adventure & Fitness Travel

Join a small, like-minded community for 1–2 week, all-inclusive destination experiences designed to challenge, inspire, and connect. Each trip is handcrafted by me, combining adventure, wellness, and cultural immersion. Take on a personal challenge or participate in a once-in-a-lifetime experience—whether it’s trekking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, diving with great white sharks in South Africa, cycling through wine country in the south of France, or surfing and practicing yoga in Costa Rica.

These trips are about more than travel—they’re about growth, connection, and creating stories you’ll tell for the rest of your life. Bi-annual trips are available, or I can partner with you to design a unique adventure tailored to your goals.
